Have you read Tim Ferris’s book, The Four Hour Work Week?

It provides some great insights into creating a more
productive, and more lucrative business by focusing
more on tasks that matter and less on the mundane stuff
that steals our time.

Think about how you want to run your business AND your
life. Do you tend to procrastinate on certain things?
Wouldn’t you rather take action in resolving them; and
moving them off your plate?

Einstein said, “Reality is just an illusion albeit a very
persistent one.”

Some key points:

  • To prevent work for work’s sake and do the minimum
    necessary for maximum effect.
  • To have more quality and less clutter.
  • Focus on being productive instead of busy.
  • Emphasize strengths and don’t fix weaknesses. In other
    words, follow your passion.
  • Look at what you are currently doing and ask yourself –
what would happen if I did the opposite of the people
    around me?
  • Instead of goals, ask “What would excite me?”

How would any of this make a difference in your life
and business?
